Please carefully follow the instructions in the video above to monetize your data, get the most income for your monetized data, and to better help others do the same.

We highly recommend you ask your sponsor to check THEIR Tapestri back office to make sure a 'Check Mark' is indicating that your App is active.

IF you have trouble with any of the settings in your app, first contact your sponsor or their sponsor. If together you cannot resolve it, then send an email to: app@tapestri.io

IF you email app@tapestri.io – please include the make of your cell phone (Apple or Android) along with the Manufacturer and Model of phone you have (ex: Samsung Galaxy S9).

IF you can include a screen shot(s) attached to your email to show where you're having the issue, that is very helpful.

.

ALSO, include a paragraph describing the problem you're having. Do not just write "it doesn't work". You don't need to write an essay, but be clear in the problem you're having in order to get the quickest solution.

As always when emailing app@tapestri.io include your first and last name, your phone number AND your Tapestri username. Also, it's a good idea to CC: your sponsor also.
